What type of feedback does the tool give? Is it individualized feedback?
The feedback on Duolingo was mainly correct or incorrect, and not as individualized as one might want when learning a new language.
How does the tool handle closes? Does it allow multiple possibly correct answers?
The app allows some multiple correct answers but can be hit or miss depending on what you did wrong. There were multiple instances when I did not capitalize or put proper accents to the word that would require the app to mark it as wrong.
Does the tool allow you to work on, around or through the language?
Duolingo allows you to work on the language.
