Chatbots (Amiah)
The Nightcap Scrunchie can be used as a hair tie but also a cover for your drinks when you want to have a fun night out. This product appeared on Shark tank and is currently sold on amazon as well. A Chatbot can improve customer interaction buy providing quick and instant responses, keeping the audience engaged which would increase the sales.
The AI tool we choose for this project is Intercom. This tool is sufficient because it offers us messaging with chatbot features for customer support and engagement. It is very easy for customers to interact with and for us as a business to use.
I was not able to fully use this tool since a subscription is required and when I tried to do a free trial, it would not let me go all the way through, but I was able to watch a free demo on how this tool works. This chatbot is able to talk in many different languages, so it could attract customers of different language backgrounds, without having to worry about any language barriers. It also gives instant feedback and help to customers who need it. This chatbot is very interactive and you can even personalize it to respond in a certain way to seem more human like.
Intercom can significantly boost sales and customer engagement. It was difficult in the design process because I wasn’t really able to design anything because it wouldn’t let me get past the free trial stage. However, the demo provided great insight on how it can boost customer engagement and interact with customers. Customers will enjoy and want to chat with a bot who not only responds instantly but also gives very insightful information.
